I have eaten eggs that were 5 weeks past the date on the carton and I somehow am still alive. I did check and smell, and perform the float test though before eating them. Still alive :)
Small update. Currently clocking in at 249 lbs. The pants I bought for an event the end of this month are fitting a lot better. I still got almost 2 more weeks to work on being in them...
Congrats on dropping inches from your waist like that. That's pretty inspiring. Though I know you can't spot reduce, I am hoping I see some of the same luck by the end of the month to fit in a pair...

I was where you are now in January. Protein shakes may help, but definitely also focus on what else you are consuming. No amount of weight training and supplements will offset a bad diet.
