Seeings as 6-oxo will prevent water-retention by lowering estrogen, is there any point in taking creatine (or any other cell-volumisation supp for that matter) whilst on it?

And yes even if taken with food it would still work however food is supposed to hinder some absorption thus making it less effective - i'm not sure if pwo shake...
