I called and it's just fitMMA, Ygor Yakimov left and fitMMA took over. No sambo, just muay thai, boxing, grappling and MMA. Thay also got a gym and offer MMA oriented strength training....

Well for the novice classes it's just aerobics with kickboxing moves, so you're right. But the advanced classes have more sparring and technique (depending on who is the teacher), and Jean-Yves...
