Hey guyy, just starting out after lifting for a month and a half nearly. Just wanting to post my current routine in the hope of any advice, and just seeing if this is a valid workout really.
Good on you man, I'm currently lifting 3 days, with cardio (1 hour) sandwhiched inbetween them, thinking of upping the cardio to a 3rd day but it's pretty hellish

Pretty similar to when you first started by the looks of things, I tend to keep a lot of weight around the mid section though.
I got a trainer to draft up my workout plan, uses all my upper muscles and legs so I think it covers all bases. Not quite sure what muscle fatigue is though I'm afraid, any chance you can elighten me...

Will increase my calories to 2739 and more than likely increase my carbs as a result.
As I'm sure you can understand I'm pretty worried about gaining more fat, how would I go about bulking? Would my macro's stay at a similar level but would my total calories increase?
