i personally would try to avoid a physical fight with the bro. unless you have some skills in that department. and even then id still try to avoid that.
Count your calories! Try and eat between 1600-1800 Calories per day. Also don't eat crap!
Try to run outside daily. Try not to go over 2k calories but if I were you I wouldn't eat more than 1800...
i used mcdonalds to bulk when i was a poor 18 yr old. It surprisingly worked well for me untill after about 2 months of eating it everyday it was unbearable. Havent gone back to mcdonalds for a meal...
