Have you looked into carb cycling for bulking. Ive heard of people having some pretty amazing results. Like 1.7[p] 1.7[c] 0.6[f] on high days and 1.5 .9 .8 on low days....?

Got ya, I'm doing a mini cut "8" weeks in 4 weeks in. I track my weekly just so I can keep a solid chart on whats going on. Weight im down 10lbs in 4 weeks so far so I guess everything is working...

Liquid fish oil... Most company make some that is lemon flavored.
I pop one of these every night before I go out. It also helps with vascularity and if at the end of the night I get some then im for sure ready to go!
