Do legs and shoulders monday, chest tuesday and dont cut out flys but add flat bench, decline bench and cable flys.
Your going to want to be able to run 5 miles in 40 minutes, and do push ups, sit ups, flutter kicks, jumping jacks, mountain climbers, v ups, and hold your arms out in front of you, alternate them...
so what your saying if your eating about 500 cals over maintenance and then adding a gallon of milk a day andd not lifting like a girl you wont gain weight...

Even though you will look stupid with a big upper body and tiny legs.. and squats boots test levels :)
My buddy tried it, he said it drained his energy and he was never hungry :/ didnt lose much weight either
