    do front barbell shrugs 3x15 back barbell shrugs...

    do front barbell shrugs 3x15
    back barbell shrugs 3x15
    and then side dumbbell shrugs 3x15 to isolate just the traps

    If that doesn't work then you are doing something wrong

    For traps start with rear shrugs and do 3x15 then do 3x15 for front shrugs and then do 3x15 with DB for isolation of the main trap. That has exploded my traps
