If i do 5 days a week extreme cardio, like 30 mins non stop and burn like 500-700 cal per day and dont eat fat and workout well Can i lose like 3-4% bodyfat and get rid of a little bellyfat? ...
2800 is not enough u say, but adding 2000 wil get me fat... how much should i increase my kcal?
