do two bottles back to back, I recommend the first bottle you do 4 pills throughout the day and the second bottle at 6 pills.

agreed, I find it really weird how more people aren't trying talking about this supplement more and more today especially with the Advanced version. People simply are not patient.

I like to take 2 spread throughout the day, 1 before my workout and 1 right before I sleep on my days that I hit the gym. works great that way iMO.
