Aright lets kick things off, I'll be logging Bio-gro and Pre-gro. I was only supposed to be logging Pre but they sent me Bio-gro as well so I will be taking both to maximize recovery.

Have you ever thought about some legal peptide use for recovery?
Not really sure if it will do anything since I myself have never tried it but it seems to help (from what i've read)

I dont know this for sure but Im betting that in the contracts all of these guys signed with there respective company's it says somewhere they cant outsource and create their own videos.
Im lucky in the aspect that I HATE eating so I get in the least amount of calories necessary throughout my day haha. ( I love food though.....Odd)
