Reasons:

1. It is so long that 98% of people will not bother reading it.

If you want to develop strength, the best way to go about it is to use heavy weight and keep the reps low. I do between 4-6 reps for 3 sets. I do a fourth set of 2 reps to top it off.

If I were you, I'd go 135lbs for 4 reps, 185lbs for 2 reps, 225lbs for one good "stetching" rep and to get used to the heavier...

To answer your question, yes, expect to lose 3-5lbs of muscle and grow bitch tits.
