Looking good for your first show mate should do well it's amazing how much the tan makes you look better too.. (oh and good luck having patchy bits of tan on you for weeks after 😂)

Competed in 2 physique classes last year will post a pic (in yellow board shorts )

But since then had all sorts of problems no motivation, depression bla bla bla.. anyway I haven't trained...

Yeh from UK :) And been training since 16 now 25 but I'd say seriously about 4-5 years ish. Not actually sure.

And I'm weighing roughly 194lbs right now. 6 ft tall.

I'm doing the east Anglian bodybuilding comp mr physique. One in Cambridge now the week before. Both qualify for bigger shows if I'm not mistaken. And yeh I'm always cut year round (extreme ecto) but...
