squat PR from a while back
small/raw never busy
have yet to witness this first hand
I would ask them to move however, bc there is only one place to squat in my gym
wouldn't be a tool about it though, just explain the situation

If I deadlift after squatting I have them on. Otherwise I don't

if I cont to use it regularly and think it's helping, I may switch to a lower jaw one after I wear this one out to see which I like better

Worked pretty good. Breathing was fine. Swallowing and saliva control will be an issue I think. Esp benching.

Anybody use a mouth guard while lifting heavy. I've gotten in the bad habit of clenching my jaw when I'm benching and deadlifting to the point of some residual pain after lifting
this, I've been fortunate that nobody has said anything to me about DLing barefoot/using chalk/slamming weights but I've been there a while and clean up after myself etc etc

I've since changed to SBD and it seems so far they don't get anywhere near as funky as my rehbands did!
edit: i always put a cup opf vinegar...
i like single prong for ease of use. Not sure if the second prong really adds anything useful to the belt but I may be wrong
