I support this advice, at least this technique has been working for me to increase my strenght and obviously my arms, but you need to check too if you're a bulking properly.
Obviously Bulk for some months and (if you can) get a trainer who can teach you how to properly work your muscles on every machine. I don't recommend 5x5 if you're just starting, but that's just me.
