try to raise ur weight a bit. there nothing wrong with traning your legs to failure. and yes it works for me very well.
i am talking about 5% bf or less. and there lean muscle mass, about 180- to 220. although i know a guy who is about 240 naturaly. one of those old shcool lifters
on average 180 is the highest natural most guys can get. the guys who are 220 and natural have good genetics

hmm yea i think i should increase my cals. honestly 1500 is a high guess...more like 1200 or 1000. 2000 courn;t hurt right? my lean body weight is 165 pounds. so 2000 would be good?
