im 17 and im sick of these dark lines and slight bagginess under my eyes. it's not really really bad, but still noticeable especially in bad lighting etc and i wonder if there are some good remedies...

although i understand your response, why does it say on the packet that it has so and so grams of protein per tea spoon if u say it doesnt really have any in it due to the production stage
will skim milk powder (contains heaps of protein) mixed with milk be good to have PWO? will the protein absorb quickly and wot not

i have milk with powdered milk powder (lots of protein like whey) and a bit of honey (to get a insulin spike) followed by a can of baked beans (has 20g of protein and 60 of carbs 10g of sugars) but i...

straight after a 40 minute weights workout i eat a teaspoon of honey, some fruit juice, then a can of baked beans and some milk
is this good or bad to eat/drink this?
