    looks to me like the diet will do the work not the supp. Have you looked at how much water to drink before each meal? This much water will simply fill you up so you don't eat as much at each meal.

    My advice

    Talk to your doc about what you can and cannot do. If he is the one who repaired your knee he'll know how extensive the damage is and what you can do.
