I know "clean" eating doesnt particularly make a physical difference i just eat "clean" because i feel terrible when eating "junk" food( chips soda etc) its also heAlthier in the long run
Most of my meals are prepped at the beggining of the week so theyre exactly the same. So the lowest i ever go is probably the low 3000's. It just doesnt seem to make sense
