Yeah you are good, just make sure you buy a case with USB 3.0 headers on it. They are on your MOBO so you might as well utilize them.

I would maybe go a little higher on the wattage on the powersupply, at least 500w. And I would spend the $25 for a Hyper 212 so you can take advantage of the ability to OC your CPU.

I don't recommend overclocking with a stock heatsink at all
