Which flavor? There's definitely some legit flavors from their line. Can't go wrong.

You can't overwork a body weight exercise. Some guys I know want to target a weak spot (back/chest) so they do them daily- regardless. Sometimes upon wakening, before bed, post training, etc.
What would be the point of taking a break off creatine? No need to cycle it, and it's inexpensive to purchase.
