there are ways you can cycle carbs/cal in order to cycle ur days/weeks to gain muscle and lose fat. I dont follow the ultimate diet it was just a book I read years ago. personally I have my own...

I used to work at a fast food joint. I would take the breaded chicken and wash it off, peal the breading off and scrub the chicken over a strainer... do this in bulk then tupperware them n ur good to...
may I suggest if you are going to walk do it after jogging instead of before. studies have shown doing the intense exercise before the light burns more fat than doing the light before the intense......

honestly though its the depth of ur bellybutton... ur bellybutton always stays at skin level, it never changes. ur fat increases the skin depth around the rest of ur stomach... dont be shy. go ahead,...
haah that reminds me of a dream I had a couple nights ago... I was eating so much pizza piece after piece... I woke up and was so dissapointed took a while to actually convince myself it was nothing...
so lets do the math
.15 x 180= 27 (thats 27 lb bf)
180-27 = 153 (ur lean mass)
153*.08 = 12.24 (lb of fat u would have at 8% bf)
27-12.24 = 14.76lb fat to lose
great job man. very noticeable improvement at each stage... my suggestion: next work on those lats and chest an increase in their size would definitely even you out
