Cutting involves more than just calorie reduction.... it's a macro shift as well. Depending on "why" you are cutting (ie...a competition) and the time frame...you may need a drastic macro shift....

When one of my clients hits a wall...I look deep into their nutrition plan first. this is the culprit 99% of the time.
Also keep in mind...you've only been working out half a year. Be patient.
