Here's my Bench entry @ ~152lbs.. today is my off day then tomorrow before I record my deadlift I'll get my weight on the scale.

On back day I do a couple of rows sets that hit the rear delts .. and decent shoulder genetic.
What I have seen results, but let Derek verify my logistics first has been the following;

That isn't my workout, i added 1 excercise for him and changed rep ranges.

Front delt raise (3x12)
Rear delt raise (3x12)
