before i went to boot camp i tried to db bench a 120, and my arms were really wobbly :) i cant get it up now though ill try later

i see all these people in my gym working a lot of bicep, but i have no desire to work them. infact, i dont. i hate to work them. my only bicep work comes from pullups and rows. is this normal =O...
