how much water weight did you lose when you started? I find that this is important in telling how you're doing with this diet.
New findings
Are there any new findings in this diet in the last couple of years/months? I'm trying it out yet again.
Oh it's not a clean diet Boiled eggs, oats, banana Chicken and rice Beef and rice I usually have lots of water and some snacks like cookies on the side.
Yeah it does mean that it is the carbs. I've compared enough times, I'll just go off carbs on one day and I'll see what I mean. The last part, water weight.

Thanks and see here's the thing, when I'm on carbs, I'm happy, I think well(memory wise), but I'm bloated my energy is low and there are alot of pains and aches. Gaining weight is erratic but...
would this be a sign of diabetes type 2?
