    how much should I lift on light days ?

    I'm running legs/push/pull/off

    I alternate my intensity from heavy and light then go heavy..
    let's say your working heavy sets on squats is 305x5 310x5 315x5
    how much should I drop on light days...

    is it about a hand fist or size of a deck ?
