I alternate my intensity from heavy and light then go heavy..
let's say your working heavy sets on squats is 305x5 310x5 315x5
how much should I drop on light days...

first of all. I don't always have access to internet
I can only go online everynight and in the early morning..
but I always list them down on my phone.. and track them all before I go sleep. ...
I've been using stronglifts 5x5 and 3x5.
I want to switch to 5/3/1
but I don't know my max. I'm not good in estimating but.. can you help me

I always eat "clean" because it motivates me..
but I feel rewarded everytime I eat "junk" food after all those days of eating "clean"....
