I almost always come back to PHAT--or some hybrid of PHAT--as an in between program. It's always enjoyable, and seems to net some good gains. You get the best of both worlds: strength and hypertrophy...

By far the best tool of measurement IMO. We are our own worst critic, so if we can visually see our quads growing in the mirror, then they're frickin' growing ;).
