yea I actually do them with my military presses at the end of my sets I'll just put a lower weight on and do partial reps constantly it really beats the **** out of my shoulders
obviously youre not the only one.. more than 60percent of ppl are like that
the only time i miss out on the gym though is if im suck with a ****load of school and exams
