well, there were heavier ones but dad and mum have weights already that only fit onto the smaller bars. the bigger ones need the bigger hole (no homo)

i weighed the bar on an old scale, and it weights at 7 kg, but that doesn't seem right? its abit of an odd scale anyway.

id go on and weigh myself at 80, step on again, im 78.. step on...

how heavy are they?

i know the olympic ones are 44-45 lbs.. but what are the smaller ones weighed at?

you gain some fat and muscle but by clean bulking you're limiting the amount of fat you'll gain as opposed to a dirty bulk
