    There are tons of great websites with the same calculators, however I couldn't find an android app that had all the same calculators. This app uses the same trusted formulas as most websites.

    Umm wtf? Since when has excess protein been shat out? Protein has calories just like fat and carbs, and if not used will be stored as fat.

    I reccomend taking in 1g of protein per lb of Lean body...

    Dude, pump doesn't mean it is working at all. Your 115lbs, doing anything with a dumbell will put mass on your back. Do lateral pulldowns or assisted chins/pullups until you can manage to do BW.
