I wouldn't even call that a binge. That is literally nothing. Do not worry one bit, just return to normal dieting and you will forget about it in no time. It will not see you back noticeably at all

Do not have a cheat day under any circumstances. If you really must, have a cheat meal, but even then a refeed is a much better option.
