Getting ready to try it, and curious what high NMA exercises you've used for each bodypart in Level 1. Do these look good?:

Back: Deadlifts? Bent Over Rows?
Chest: DB Bench Press? BB Bench Press?...

You will "pull all the slack out of the bar" if you just start with your shoulders right over (not in front of the bar), and stick your ass out just a little bit more.

Thanks for the feedback. I'd like to try doing chest/tris and back/biceps to give shoulders their own day....just not sure I can come up with enough variations/sets for a exclusive shoulder...

Looking for advice on a 4 day split:

Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Legs
Day 3: Back
Day 4: Arms (Biceps and Triceps supersets)

Questions:
1. Where do I work shoulders?

Looks good, though I doubt you'll want to go too heavy...go lighter with more reps per set. If you try to go heavy you may be disappointed....good luck.
