You are a complete idiot. Studies were actually done (that I have) on mind and muscle and they show that taking pain killers delay protein synthesis. ...
NONE of you will ever become half of Ronnie Coleman. You are more average than you think and will save your self a lot of time and frusturation if you shoot for more reasonable goals. 95 percent of...
These threads are so stupid. I can't stand the kids hating on the abercrombie models. They have their place, they get laid, w/e. Instead of all this bs about why they aren't attractive, lets look...

no, its fine in the morning. The sugar will pull you out of a catabolic state. Think post workout in the morning, so some whey doesn't hurt either.
Screw the cardio. You're eating too much. If you gain any more than 2.5-3lbs a month, you are gaining some fat. Try integrating a low or no carb day into your program on one of your off training...
Yah red meat is great...as long as you get lean cuts which are mad expensive. Stick to olive oil/omega 3s/peanut butter/2% milk for fat.

YES, it CAN be done...but the results really aren't that desirable...the fat loss is marginal and muscle gain is minimal, better off doing one or the other and you will be happer with the results.
OK, I am going to add the 20 of carbs pre workout...I am going to use an apple the fructose will cut down on morning catabolism too. As far as protein goes I am in college its a pain in the ass to...

I am bulking right now, 350g of carbs 200g of protein 65g of fat per day...ok anyway I wake up at 9 and workout at 10. I get 55g of oatmeal and 25g of whey pre workout but this pre workout meal is...
Get a ridiculous amount of brown rice and oatmeal you can get away with a lot of carbs with minimal fat gain. Supplements only help so much just get your diet in check and weigh yourself once a week...
NO xplode...its basically an over priced energy drink. Most of the NO is a waste anyway with all of that freaking caffeine canceling it out.
Supplements are icing on the cake...not what gets you "big." If you want to get "big" go on testosterone nation and read the article "the truth about bulking." I have been bulking very slowly...
