Following hyper's assertion of he who rack pulls 600 has better traps than he who shrugs 200, who has a better lower back, 200 good morning or 600 rack pull?
I noticed that in squats it's how you start it that counts. IF you start with like.. a backwards ass movement, you will end up fine, but if you start going forward, then you're ****ed.
