they look like they're putting you on your toes more. i'd go with a flat soled shoe or squat barefoot.
also try spreading your legs a bit more, turning your toes out and sitting back a little more.
i press the same way. you can still get enough drive from the legs and it increases your arch a bit.

raw bench..paused, etc. should be 250-265. not sure on squat yet as i haven't maxed without knee...
