Sorry if its been answered, but what was your diet and training/cardio routine when you dieted? Other than the clen.

Been cutting for 5 weeks. I am feeling fatter these last few days though. :/

5 weeks or so. Right now my deficit is around...

Worked out my macros on fitday.com over 5 weeks of plugging in food. Been cutting for around 5-6 weeks. Had one bad week where I was traveling so I don't count that.

I'm possibly a little late to the party, but I have some cutting questions...


Following 5/3/1 (a 4 day a week, fullbody program) with limited cardio, I haven't been losing any weight or fat.

I DL Heavy each workout... not sure what else to do for lower back.

Weighing myself after each workout. Weight has stayed the same. Been at it for 6 weeks now. Thought I would have seen noticible difference by now.

I am measuring.
