I love cheese. I eat cottage chese and then chunks of random cheeses everyday. Great source of calcium! If you're on a cut, just be careful of the sodium content.

I use ON Gold Standard 100% whey here. I tried both the Chocolate Mint and Double Chocolate. I have to say, I like the Chocolate Mint better.
