I'm 43 y.o. and am about to start a cycle of Novedex XT. Can this be stacked with ZMA since both are to be taken at night? Or should I finish one cycle of Novedex then start a cycle of ZMA?

I've been using CLA for about a year and have always purchased brands that contain "Tonalin" CLA.
