I find the swat for pull downs too narrow so you see he Smith machine and a bench. Just put gym mats around the bar so the back of your legs don't get grazed up

Never really thought about my scapular when setting up, but I guess by keeping my chest up, in turn my scaular will be retracted at the top then less in the hole.
Here are the cliffs:
- Squat olympic style (arms aren't crossed)
- Get sharp pain in only my right trap when doing so (during the squats, then detoriates between sets)
