  • Well I alternate an A-B-A workout with a B-A-B....

    Well I alternate an A-B-A workout with a B-A-B. So one week I squat and bench twice and the next week I squat and bench once. The B workout includes my deadlifts.

    So, I essentially average 1-1/2...
