    Flex Lewis doesn't Squat. Nuff said on the macho mumbo jumbo that Squats are Required. They may be in the beginnig but after building the basics you can just do the Leg Press.

    Do 30 to start with (min for navy seals) then build up everyday adding 1 rep. When you plateau, rest 2 days. Then add 1 rep to your last nax.
