i have found do light weight and high reps will make ur chest grow out more. it makes smaller but more efficient muscles, thus if ur body fat is low u will look huge.

u can do a hundred sets, just try to keep a weight that u can control within the rep range. make sure u rest in between sets, the purpose of 20,18,15, etc is muscle confusion. it tricks the muscles....
