I have the west cary barbell one as well and I use it every time I deadlift. It makes loading and unloading the plates so much easier than other methods.

I bought mine at Lowes. I would suggest you get at least 1/4 thick mirrors as thinner ones have a tendency to distort the reflection you are looking at.

I have the EFS black ones and they work well for me. I can hang much longer with the ab straps that I could just hanging from my hands alone.
