Tuna is a great source-I eat around 6-8 cans per day.Normal can has 13g per serving with 2.5 servings per one can which is 32.5 grams per can(wal-mart cans only have 22 per can)
I think it's great!I prefer turkey jerkey but average people eat alot of sodium any way without the benefits of weightlifting.Plus sodium can HELP increase the size of muscles.
