    yea i shoot for about 1.5g of protein per pound of body fat and then i get a variety of fats and carbs, but in low doses. ultimately adding more exercise allows me to eat more though

    I shoot for 8 reps. If I can't lift it 8 times with a good amount of effort then I lower the weight for the next set. If I feel I didn't stimulate a growth after 4 sets I add a fifth.
