Thanks for the replies guys!
Really struggling to check my bodyfat percentage, can anyone give me an estimate ?
Good job man. I did the JM twice and I'm now dunking! Keep up the good work bro!
Totally agree with that! I did deep squats in the beginning for strength gains, but now I'm only focusing on half squats at a high speed to improve my vert!
I'd say 10% man, looking pretty lean
No but it does have core series.
You can always add upper body to your training as well, that's what I did as well
Personally, I did the Jump Manual twice. It worked for me as I dunked for the first time at age 30 and after breaking my leg.
But I agree that it doesn't work for everyone!
I dunked for the first time at age 30...so you still have plenty of time! Keep working!
Don't think so, check out the Jump Manual, imo it's a real good vertical jump program, u can download it.
It has all the exercises you mentioned above!
I did it and played ball twice a week at...
I would definitely work on flexibility! That alone will help you tremendously!

I did the Jump Manual, and I saw nice gains! I broke my leg playing ball, doctors told me I would never be able to play again, let alone dunk!
I had never dunked before, and it had always been a...
Hey man, would you mind watching my vid here and give me some tips on how to improve my jump technique ?
I'm very close to dunking again, I'm 30 years...
Hey man, great log!
I've just started the Jump Manual as well! So are you able to dunk easily now ?
Guys, need your input on this.
I'm training three times a week with my basketball team and I'm doing the Jump Manual training as well.
The Jump Manual mentions rest/recovery days, those are the...
Sounds like a great plan!
It sounds fine to me, don't forget to train your core muscles as well.
You're most likely a power jumper. Meaning that you're using mainly your quads to jump.
BTW, many dunkers in the NBA are 2 leg jumpers.
