    Up early this AM for Spartan Race in NJ. Although I have stalled out on scale I have been increasing my weights at gym. Will try to give it o e last push here.

    Finally took day off yesterday after 10 straight days. Felt good this morning. Deadlift day plus 30min in stepmill. Been burning more using stepmill..so far so good
