very true...and also before i started BB again i could do the 100's for 4-6 but my BB was terrible 185 for 4-6. just takes time to build like anything else, do them both and take in all the benefits!

ive taken a break from deads since my hernia. im going to start doing deads lightly in about a month...i just started doing legs again, its been too long.
