also...i have noticed from experience that artificial sweetness throws me out of ketosis(checked with the strips) but you may be lucky

i got a bf monitor for christmas...it looks just like a regular scale but it has two electrodes you stand on...it tells you your weight and bf%...just wondering if anyone knows how accurate this...
